being happy doesn't mean everything is perfect. it means that you've decided to look beyond the imperfections... the same goes for people... nobody is perfect but if you can look beyond their flaws and see past their imperfections then they're as close as anyone can get to perfect. You see... what you leave behind isn't anything engraved into stone monuments... no it is what is woven into the lives of others... so leave a good mark by seeing people as they were made to be seen... love others as they were born to be loved and let them know just how dam great they are :) they will remember you happily forever. If i were asked to give what i consider the single most useful bit of advice for all humanity, it would be this: Expect trouble as an ineviteble part of life, and when it comes, hold your head high. Look it squarley in the eye, and say, i will be bigger then you. You cannot defeat me. You see happiness is not the destination... or the result. it's not getting what you most desire, a new toy, your love, whatever or whoever it may be... happiness is the journey, the method of life and one must learn that there can be no happiness if the things we believe are different to the things we do.

You see... it's obvious life can only be understood backwards... when you think back over the day knowing all the facts it makes a lot more sense.. but life can and must only be lived forwards. You see you can always, always give something even if it is only kindness as anne frank said. When the spirits are low, when the days appear dark, when work becomes monotonous, when hope hardly seems worth having, just mount a bicycle and go out for a spin down the road, without thought on anything but the ride you are taking. something i think we should all know and take into acount is that one of the nice things about problems is that a good many of them do not exist except in our imaginations. and my friends... friend? if there is any one secret of sucess, it lies in the ability to get the other persons point of view and see things from that persons angle as well as your own.
